Private Fitness Sessions on Saturdays

Whether you are currently in a physical therapy program, or you’re a proud graduate, we have a program just for you! Before you pack on the extra pounds due to holiday stress and parties, get your private fitness sessions in now. Some of you struggle to get your appointments while juggling your 9-5 workday and your busy lives, and we hear you. Private fitness sessions are now available Saturdays and Off-Hours.

Rev up your fitness routine and practice your breath techniques for better abs and core strength. When the endorphins get you feeling good from a workout, you’ll have more resources to make better choices when holiday stressors test you. Jennifer Cheng is the latest addition to WPTR’s fitness staff teaching Pilates, Gyrotonic®, and strength training. She has received training and mentorship from rehab specialists in Europe and New York City. With experience training dozens of pre/postnatal moms, athletes (including triathletes, tennis players, marathon runners, and professional dancers), and seniors with severe injuries, Jennifer enjoys teaching fitness with creative imagery and laughter.
